Antonina Falandysz-Zięcik


Antonina is a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. She has master’s degree in legal studies (University of Warsaw), and has attended postgraduate studies from competition law at the Legal Studies Department of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
For 7 years she has been dealing with different competition law and litigation issues, also assisting lawyers working on regulated sectors.

She is actively participating in antitrust proceedings, regulatory and competition litigation before the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as in on-going provision of legal services in the area of competition law for clients from food, pharmaceutical and telecommunications sectors.

Antonina worked in an international law firm in Warsaw and London, participating in projects from different branches concerning both Polish and European competition law. She was involved in proceedings regarding practices restricting competition before the European Commission as well as before the Court of Justice of the European Union where the decision finding an infringement was ultimately brought.

Antonina has been seconded to client legal departments for support and has gained her experience as internal counsel.

The areas in which she is interested in professionally are different merger control and trade issues (selective and exclusive distribution, parallel trade).
