Legal counsel with more than 15 years of professional experience, including - in business litigation. In her practice she has represented leading entrepreneurs in the FMCG, DIY, insurance, transportation and real estate industries.

Ewelina advises entrepreneurs on a wide range of consumer law issues  (including e-commerce), business contracts (including insurance law) and unfair competition law. She also advised on the process of adapting the practices of entrepreneurs to the amended consumer law in connection with the implementation of the Omnibus, commodity and digital directives, on the establishment of a bank branch, and conducted due diligence on entities in the telecommunications and banking industries.

Ewelina practiced as an associate in charge of the litigation practice of a Polish law firm and as an in-house counsel for large FMCG and DYI entrepreneurs and a leading insurance company.

She is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw.
