Competition Compliance

We can assist you in designing a sound compliance programme to be incorporated into the company’s the overall corporate culture. Each programme must incorporate industry-specific features, essentiality (proportionality as regards the aim) and effectiveness of complying with rules (through motivation and sanction). And of course, the support and assistance of management is essential throughout the design process.

Our three-step approach to tailoring compliance programmes involves: 1) ensuring employees and corporations understand the rationale of both compliance activities and the regulations, 2) teaching the rules and model patterns of behaviour and 3) verifying understanding.

Recent projects include formulation of compliance policies for an international pharmaceutical business, an international producer of medical products and a Polish chemicals producer.
