Aneta is an attorney-at-law at the Warsaw Bar Association. She studied law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, LL. M. at the Ruprecht Karl University Heidelberg, Germany and postgraduate studies in the field of competition law at the Institute of Law of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the Competition Protection Division of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK)  and at the local law firm. At the UOKiK, she led investigations and antitrust proceedings on anti-competitive practices in the pharmaceutical and media sectors. She participated in searches and inspections carried out by the UOKiK on entrepreneurs, including as head of the search team. At the firm, she dealt with the complex legal support of clients from the sectors FMCG, e-commerce, press sales, courier services and marketing services.

As a representative of Poland, she participated in the European Competition Network (ECN) working groups on vertical restraints (ECN Working Group on Vertical Restraints) and the Pharmaceuticals & Health Subgroup (ECN Pharma & Health Subgroup). As a representative of Poland, she also participated in international antitrust workshops in Brazil organised by the International Competition Network (ICN) and in workshops for competition authorities from Central and Eastern Europe organised by representatives of the US competition authority FTC (Eastern European Competition Workshop).

He currently advises entrepreneurs on competition law matters.

He speaks fluent English and German.
